Wheat is name among members of triticum and the nutritious of grass family. Wheat grains is in the class of three most produced cereals in the world, rice and corn are included.
Canada is one of the largest exporters of wheat, producing average of 25 million tonnes and exporting 15 million. Wheat are a staple food used to make flour for leavend, flat, steamed breads, biscuits, cookies, cakes, breakfast cereals, pasta noodles, couscous and for fermentation to make alcohol beverages

Barley is a fine grade members of genus hordeum grass family. Barley seed which is used as food supplement. They are carefully selected and sorted from the best farm of barley. It is available in different forms like whole barley, hulled barley etc.
Barley is a wonderful versatile cereal grain with a rich nut-like flavour and an appealing chewy pasta-like consistency. It appearance resembles wheat berries although slightly light in colour. Sprouted barley is naturally high in maltose, a sugar that serves as the basis for both malt syrup sweetener.

Chickpeas is one the oldest cash crops cultivated in Canada, there are two class of chickpeas, Kabuli and Desi. Kabuli chickpeas are typically whitish to light tan in colour however there are varieties that are black or green in colour or more. Desi chickpeas are typically brown in colour and smaller than Kabuli. Canada is world largest exporter of pulses (Chickpeas, beans and peas).
